Tradeshow Representative

Role’s Responsibiliites

  • Travel to tradeshow location (all PA-based)
  • Inform tradeshow attendees about the services we offer
  • Schedule appointments for those interested

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00

Supplemental pay types: Commission ($30.00 per appointment scheduled)

Customer Relations / Production Assistant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our production team. In this role, you will keep constant communication with customers throughout their projects. The ideal candidate is friendly, computer savvy, and is able to work in a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities include:

  • Communicating with Customers through various channels.
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Updating customers on a weekly or bi-weekly basis on their project timeline.
  • Working with the Production Manager on schedule.
  • Sending delivery confirmations to Supplier.
  • Sending work orders to trade partners.
  • Handling any Questions/ Issues from customers during install- with help from the Production Manager.
  • Making sure contracts are correct and updated at the end of the job before being completed.
  • Knowing our products/services so you can answer questions.
  • Additional duties to support our production team.
  • Use best practices in customer service techniques to develop rapport and build relationships with customers
  • Document all customer interactions

Qualifications

  • Excellent phone and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven customer support experience
  • Familiar with CRM systems
  • Comfortable using computers and customer management software
  • Must be able to work in a fast paced environment
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Ability to work in both a team environment and individually.
