Had a great experience with Greenawalt when dealing with a roof leak and rafter damage due to poorly installed flashing by a previous contractor. Darrien came out to inspect the issues and put in a temporary fix the same day, to at least slow down the leak to something we could easily contain. We got the quote for a permanent fix the same day, and the scheduling team was quick at getting to our job since it was an active leak. The price was very fair, and the work crew did a great job repairing the damage, correctly installing new flashing, and replacing an old attic vent that had also been slightly leaking. The cleanup was also satisfactory and left us with very little to pick up afterward. Great job, Darrien and the rest of the team!
