I even had a situation where we were buying a house, and during the process, we found out the roof and stucco needed to be replaced. I called Greenawalt Roofing, and they were on top of it immediately. They promptly provided the seller a quote and also found hail damage in the process. They ended up replacing the entire roof and installed siding after removing the stucco. The entire job was done very well with open communication throughout the job. They were able to get the job done in a timely manner, allowing us to keep our initial closing date.
