This second generation family owned roofing business supplied all the home town service one would expect and hope for from a Lancaster country company! Coming recommend by my son who knows the owners, and having received an estimate that delivered more than the other two, it was hard not to have Greenawalt do the job ! Not to mention I was seeing their signs in a lot of yards of others who chose them too. What I enjoyed the most was the owners wife who works in the office and speaks to the clients personally. She is the sweet- heart of the company smart, kind and efficient! The other good experience was the crew that did my roof. I nick- named them that’s how friendly they were. They even worked with me to install a new weather vane to accent my brand new roof,and yes I made them move it three times until I was sure where I wanted it. They did it all with interest and pride in their work. The look and quality of the materials really gives the house new curb appeal. The help working with my insurance company was stellar and the sales person did his follow-up work after the sale too. What more can one ask I got a personal experience,felt valued and attended to.
