Greenawalt also inspected our property for nails and debris after the install. We have had zero leakage since the roof install in 2019. Recently, they replaced our old, sagging, and broken gutters. Our old gutters were creating an icy driveway in the winter and aided in creating a sinkhole under our yard due to massive water overflow into one section of our property. Since we chose a metal roof, our project took a few days. Every day they made sure that everything was cleaned up in the yard and driveway before they left for the day.
