If it is less than or close to your insurance deductible, then filing may not be in your best interest. Filing unnecessary claims may cause your insurance rates to rise.

STEP 2. Meet With Greenawalt Roofing for Your Inspection

Once scheduled, Greenawalt Roofing Company will come out and provide a free inspection of the roof. We’ll inspect for damage and report our findings.

STEP 3. File Your Storm Damage Insurance Claim

If the inspection warrants filing a claim, proceed. Your insurance company will most likely schedule an adjuster to inspect your roof to approve and process your claim.

STEP 4. Meet With Your Adjuster

Our team here at Greenawalt is here to advocate for you, so it’s important to schedule a meeting with the adjuster when your contractor can also be present. This way, we can ensure that all of the damage found during our inspection is covered on the claim.

STEP 5. Storm Damage Claim Approval

Once your insurance claim is approved, Greenawalt Roofing will go over the insurance estimate with you. This also allows you to ask them any questions you still have regarding the whole process.

STEP 6. Time For Your Project to Begin

When you have received answers to all of your questions, just sign the contract, choose your colors, and get your roof replacement scheduled. The insurance company will then provide payment directly to you.
